The arbitration shall be conducted in Arlington, Virginia, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GP3MixMedia TrailMix regarding the Service.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
